My Journey with CBD and Health

Back in 2014, I found myself at one of the lowest points in my life. After dealing with an autoimmune disorder and kidney stones, I knew I needed to make some major changes. I started by eliminating toxins from my diet and lifestyle, introducing more natural foods, supplements, and therapies. That’s when I first came across CBD, and I was amazed by how much better I felt after incorporating it into my routine.

Giving my body the right fuel and adding CBD for mental and physical support changed everything for me. It helped me manage stress, feel calmer, and approach life with a clearer mindset. That personal transformation is what sparked my passion for CBD and ultimately led me to create Happy Hippy Haus.

Not only has CBD helped me, but it’s also been great for my rescue animals.
