We’ve been fighting since day one—and we’re not stopping now.

We’ve been fighting since day one—and we’re not stopping now.

At Happy Hippy Haus, we’ve never been quiet about what we believe in.

From the moment we opened our doors, we stood for access, education, and the right to choose natural alternatives—without fear, shame, or criminalization.

Now, those rights are under attack.

The fight to stop SB 3 and CSSB 3 isn’t just about one law. It’s about everything we’ve built. It’s about the 8,000+ small businesses, including ours, that chose to operate with integrity, transparency, and purpose. It’s about the veterans, the farmers, the moms, and the working Texans who rely on plant-based wellness—not as a trend, but as a lifeline.

Let’s Be Clear: These Bills Are Designed to Kill Our Industry

SB 3 is a near-total ban. It would eliminate everything but the most restricted forms of CBD and CBG.

That means no more full-spectrum products. No more minor cannabinoids. No more variety. No more relief—unless it’s sold under tight pharmaceutical-style control.

CSSB 3 was introduced as a “compromise.” But let’s call it what it is: a ban in disguise.

It brings sweeping regulations with one purpose—to push out the very people who built this industry and hand it to the alcohol and pharmaceutical giants who want to profit from it.

What Happens If These Pass?

  • 99% of legal hemp-derived products will disappear from shelves across Texas.

  • Over 53,000 jobs vanish, and more than 8,000 small businesses go under.

  • You, as a consumer, could face criminal charges for simply having something you bought legally.

  • A thriving, regulated market becomes an unregulated black market, putting safety and access at risk.

  • Texans lose the freedom to choose natural alternatives over pharmaceuticals, even when it’s the only thing that’s worked.

This Is Personal

People don’t walk into Happy Hippy Haus just to browse.

They come in after trying everything else.

They come in because something hurts, because they can’t sleep, because they’re tired of being handed pills that never really fix the problem.

We see veterans who finally found peace.

Moms managing chronic pain.

Seniors easing inflammation.

People from every walk of life who now face losing the one thing that helped.

This isn’t just a business. It’s a mission. And we will keep showing up—because we’re fighting for more than profit. We’re fighting for people.

This Is What You Can Do Right Now

We’re Still Standing. For Now.

We know this isn’t over. And we know that staying in business may come down to who fights the hardest.

So here we are. Still fighting.

Still showing up.

Still believing that Texans deserve better.

At Happy Hippy Haus, we don’t just sell products.

We share education. We build trust.

And we defend the freedom to choose wellness your way.

If SB 3 or CSSB 3 pass, we all lose. But if we rise together, we still have a shot.

Let’s make sure they hear us loud and clear.

Vote NO on SB 3. Vote NO on CSSB 3.

And let’s protect the right to live naturally, freely, and without fear.
