If Governor Abbott signs it, we’re done. The hemp industry in Texas as we know it will be wiped out—including Happy Hippy Haus.
This bill would ban nearly every hemp-derived THC product on the market. Only CBD and CBG isolates would be allowed. No more full-spectrum. No more relief for thousands of people who depend on these products for sleep, stress, pain, appetite, and overall wellness.
This is no longer a “maybe.” It’s at the Governor’s desk, and we need to act NOW.
