A Little Dab of Relief: The Story Behind Nana’s No-No
At Happy Hippy Haus, we don’t put our name on just anything. Nana’s No-No Healing Salve isn’t just another jar of salve—it’s a nod to the past, a blend of old-school wisdom and modern-day plant power. Inspired by a family remedy and reimagined through the lens of clean wellness, this salve has earned its place as a go-to in households across Texas (and beyond).
The Roots: Where It All Started
The name says it all. “Nana’s No-No” came straight from an old-school family solution—something our Nana used when we were kids that seemed to make everything feel better, from scraped knees to sore muscles. That same loving intention lives on today, just with a few more powerhouse ingredients behind it.
Made right here in Texas, Nana’s No-No is now crafted in small batches with a rich blend of natural oils, botanicals, and 4,000mg of hemp-derived CBD isolate in every ounce. It’s also third-party tested, contains no THC, and is gentle enough for everyday use.
What It’s Been Known to Help With
We can’t (and won’t) make medical claims. But here’s what our customers say—and what the research is starting to show about the ingredients inside Nana’s No-No:
-
Soothing occasional joint or muscle discomfort – Perfect for post-gym soreness or everyday aches, this salve has been known to help ease tension when massaged into problem areas.
-
Dry, cracked skin and cuticles – The jojoba, shea, and beeswax blend creates a smooth barrier that helps hydrate and nourish skin, especially during colder months.
-
Thin, bruised skin from blood thinners – Some folks have shared that it helped reduce bruising and kept fragile skin feeling more resilient.
-
Relaxation and calm – Thanks to the blend of lavender, frankincense, and myrrh, many say applying it at night feels like a calming ritual.
Everyone’s experience is different—but one thing’s for sure: it’s a little jar that’s making a big difference in the way people feel.
What’s Inside Matters
We don’t mess around with weird chemicals or synthetic fillers. Just good stuff, straight from the earth:
-
Coconut oil
-
Hemp seed oil
-
Grapeseed oil
-
Shea nut oil
-
Jojoba oil
-
Texas yellow beeswax
-
Essential oils: lavender, lemongrass, frankincense, tea tree, geranium, and myrrh
-
CBD isolate (third-party tested, no THC)
It’s rich, it melts right in, and a pea-sized amount is all you need.
How to Use It
Apply a small amount directly to the area you need. Rub it in. Let it absorb. Repeat 2–3 times daily or as needed.
A little goes a long way—and the results? Well, they speak for themselves.
